When can I enter Dirtybird Campout East?
Please see the box office/gate hours listed below. PLEASE NOTE: once the box office/gate closes there will be no entries into Dirtybird Campout. If you arrive past gate times, you will have to wait until we re-open on the following day.

Are there payment plans?
Easy monthly payment plans will be available with any Dirtybird Campout ticket purchase, not just your Weekend Festival Pass! Just select “Affirm” in the payment method drop down menu (instead of a credit/debit card) during checkout. The green ‘PAY NOW’ button will change to a green ‘CONTINUE WITH AFFIRM’ button and you will be able to pick from a three- or six- month installment plan.
Can I camp with my car?
Yes! In fact, everyone that brings a vehicle to Dirtybird Campout will be able to camp next to their vehicle. There will be no additional parking lots in or around the venue. For this reason, ALL attendees with vehicles entering Dirtybird Campout (except bicycles and motorcycles) must purchase a Car or RV Camping Pass in addition to their festival ticket.
Do I need to purchase a pass for my vehicle or RV?
Yes, ALL vehicles entering Dirtybird Campout (except bicycles and motorcycles) must purchase a Car Pass in addition to their festival ticket. Vehicle Passes will allow you to camp with your vehicle inside the campgrounds. RV’s and vehicles with trailers will need to purchase an RV Camping Pass instead of a Vehicle Pass. There are no additional parking options available inside or around the venue!
I’m coming from out of town. What airport do I fly to?
The 4 closest major airports are Orlando (MCO, 40mi), Tampa (TPA, 115mi), Fort Lauderdale (FFL, 165mi) and Miami International (MIA, 182mi). Hitch a ride to Dirtybird Campout on the Camp Bus from the Orlando airport. Tickets available HERE!
What are my transportation options getting to the event if I don’t have a car?
There are Camp Bus tickets available for purchase offering round-trip transportation from the Orlando Airport to the event. Exact times and pickup/drop-off location for the Camp Buses will be emailed directly to buyers!
What if it rains?
Dirtybird Campout is a rain or shine event, no refunds. The music, games and fun will go on! If the weather reports predict rain or if you want to be extra cautious, we recommend coming prepared with extra shoes, trash bags, raincoats, tarps, and extra stakes to secure your tent. A little mud never hurt nobody!

What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Is my ticket transferrable?
There are no refunds on tickets, but you can transfer them if you are unable to attend. Please review Eventbrite’s How to Update Your Ticket Information Tutorial HERE for details on how to do this.
I want to get the right supplies for the weekend what do you recommend bringing??
Camping can be simple and basic or it can be a luxury experience depending on how you roll. We recommend checking out our Camping Packages and All-You-Need Tent Kits, HERE!
What can/can’t I bring to the event?
You cannot bring weapons, sound systems, open flame stoves / lanterns, kegs or unreasonable quantities of alcohol into the event. These will be strictly enforced.
You can bring blankets, toys and games to play with, lots of friends and good attitudes. Get ready to have some fun!
Need to Know Items
1. No Open Flames
All open flame, including charcoal grills, fire flow toys, campfires, etc. are not allowed at Dirtybird Campout East. Enclosed propane camp stoves and lanterns are OK to bring.
We will have individual water bottles for sale at the bars and drink stands for $2, however we encourage campers to utilize our free water refill stations! Stations will be located throughout the grounds where you can refill your reusable bottles and canteens.
3. BBQ Vouchers
Pre-purchased BBQ Ticket Holders: You will receive your BBQ voucher(s) when you pick up your wristband at the Box Office. These will be your entry way into the BBQ so be sure to keep them in a safe place where you won’t misplace them.
*Treat your vouchers like CASH. In the case of loss/theft or damage your vouchers will NOT be replaced.
A limited amount of BBQ Vouchers will be sold onsite – CASH ONLY.
4. Protect yourself from the Elements
You can plan a pretty campout, but you can’t predict the weather. So come prepared with EZ Ups, shade/rain structures, trash bags, and any other necessary form of protection for optimal sleep time and comfort. Don’t forget hats, sunglasses and your sunblock either! This festival will go on rain or shine so don’t let a little weather rain on your good time!
5. Take your Trash Home
This means you pack out what you pack in! This is strictly enforced. ALL CAMP TRASH MUST BE TAKEN HOME, not left by our waste bins or at your campsite. Don’t be “those people”…. Trust us, it’s not a good look.
2018 ACCESSIBILITY (ADA)

Dirty Bird East Coast is a fully accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all the festival amenities. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our patrons. The following explains the services provided this year. The venue is fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities. There are accessible pathways connected throughout the venue including parking, entrances, stages, vendors and all other activity areas. We encourage all patrons to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so at the Access Center. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit.
We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
Preferred camping locations are available for those with accessibility needs. Campsites include close access to paths, entrances, exits, shuttles, accessible restrooms, and accessible showers.
Accessible camping spots are available on a first come, first served basis. Registering helps us prepare for your group and plan our accessible camping area. To reserve an ADA camping spot, please contact us at email@example.com.
Limited spots will be available to unregistered guests onsite but are not guaranteed. You will need a verified ADA placard or license plate to enter the accessible camping area. The person to whom the placard or plate is issued to must be present in the vehicle, as a driver or passenger. As part of gaining access to accessible camping, identification will be checked to ensure legitimate use.
Service animals are permitted throughout the festival grounds; however this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Only legitimate service animals will be allowed within the festival footprint. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away.
If you are bringing a service animal, make sure to check in at the closest ADA Access Center for registration. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials.
Due to large-scale service animal fraud and for the protection of all festival patrons, service animals must be screened and registered at the Access Center immediately upon entry to the site.
All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area.
Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.

If you would like to request ASL Interpretation for any performance please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Keep in mind, requests must be made no later than 14 days before the event to allow for sufficient processing time.
ATMs & Concessions:All ATMs and concessions are fully accessible and located throughout the venue. If assistance is required, please confer with a festival staff member.
First Aid:We have several First Aid locations throughout the venue, noted on the festival maps and mobile app. Professional medical staff can help you with your medical needs at these locations.
Special Dietary Needs:Dirty Bird East Coast will have food vendors that provide gluten-free dietary options. For those with special dietary needs beyond the festival food service, please contact us at email@example.com for further information.
